Walking To Bethlehem - Story of Christmas (Part 2)

Introduction: Luke 2. The Christmas story is told within the context of A new Roman Empire. “As Rome’s first Emperor, it was Augustus who led Rome’s transformation from a Republic to an Empire. . . “ (History.com). It is Agustus who became the catalyst, with his newly demanded tax that sets the wheels in motion for an even greater leader to be born in Bethlehem.

Having set this context, Let’s enjoy the Christmas story together:

1. The Birth of Jesus Christ (Luke 2:1 - 7)
2. The Shepherds and the Angels (Luke 2:8 - 21)
3. The Wise Men visit (Matthew 2:1 - 12)
